The condo unit provided did not match the advertisement. The ad described a "Family Condo with Lake View" with 2 double beds and a futon bed. However, the unit provided to us had only 1 double bed and a single pull-out bed. The unit is located on the garden side, so it only see a partial view of the lake. Additionally, the parking is a bit inconvenient for those with a car, especially if the unit owner does not have a reserved parking spot. You need to park in the open parking lot near the clubhouse, which is approximately 700 meters to 1 kilometer away from Tower 5. Parking is not free.

The owner of that place was nice and accommodating, but the caretaker wasn't. Towels didn't smell good. The caretaker didn't tell us where the key to the unit was. No one assisted us during check-in. Parking - not available in the building. Long walk to parking area.

The room is comfortable to stay the front desk are more responsive the owner of the unit was more friendly they answered my queries on time ,the service was good ,the room is clean,hoping to stay again if we want to have a tour at Tagaytay city

It was a great place however the door on the balcony cannot be closed, it needs to have something na mabigat so it won't be open if we are outside.

Sobrang ganda ng view from the balcony mabait si host, very accessible and the Taal view from the room is giving 🫶🤍
